By accessing and using Automotive Recall Alert, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Data Source and Accuracy: The alerts provided by Automotive Recall Alert are sourced automatically from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) public API. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this third-party data.

Service Provided "AS IS": THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED ERROR-FREE, WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR THAT ALL RECALLS WILL BE CAPTURED.

User Responsibility: This tool is designed for informational purposes only and serves as an assistant. It does NOT replace your legal or professional obligation to verify recall status directly with the manufacturer or official government databases before selling or servicing a vehicle.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOMOTIVE RECALL ALERT, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LEGAL FEES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISSED OR DELAYED RECALL NOTIFICATIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

3. Subscriptions and Cancellations

Our service operates on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. No refunds are provided for partial months.
